From good land, good wines

The estate is in an exceptional spot, on the slopes of Monte Arabí, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and only 15 km from Yecla, in the northeast of the Murcia region, bordering the provinces of Alicante and Albacete. Located in the Altiplano that gives entrance to the Castilian Plateau from the Mediterranean, it has altitudes above 800 m, low rainfall, and a high number of sunshine hours, making it a privileged enclave for producing quality wines.

Of the nearly 1,000 hectares that make up our estate, two large extensions, Casa Don Lucio and Hoya Muñoz, have been partly dedicated to vineyards since the mid-19th century.

This large, cultivated land encompasses different and very varied spots marked by different soils, orientations, altitudes, and water contributions, which also lead to rich and extensive biodiversity.

The diversity of our plots, located between 800 and 1000 meters above sea level, allows us to make complex and balanced wines.

The predominant variety in our vineyard is Monastrell, but we also grow Alicante Bouschet, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah, and Petit-Verdot.
