Suelo: Calcareous and sandy with the presence of gravel

Elaboración: Fermentation in small tanks with native yeasts. Pumping over and temperature control to produce balanced wines with fruit and without excessive extraction.

Zona: Paraje Cerro Maestre, a los pies del Monte Arabí en el corazón de la D.O. Yecla

Nota de cata: Very expressive red wine on the nose. The vibrant fruit notes typical of Monastrell blend with the aromas of aromatic herbs, a hallmark of our wines. The passage through quality barrels adds subtle notes of vanilla, clove, and hints of toasted bread that accompany the primary fruit aromas in just the right measure. In the mouth, it is a flavorful and persistent wine while providing a velvety sensation. It is a full-bodied, fresh, and balanced wine, making it very appetizing.

Zona: Paraje El Pinaroso, at the foot of Monte Arabí in the heart of D.O. Yecla

Nota de cata: Red wine with notable fruit character and excellent freshness. On the nose, the notes of scrubland and aromatic herbs round out the aromas of red and black fruits typical of the variety and show us a wine with a marked Mediterranean character without being overripe. In the mouth, its friendly passage and excellent freshness make it a very easy wine to enjoy while showing the complexity and character necessary to be the perfect companion for the most representative dishes of our gastronomy such as rice dishes or gazpachos.

Variedad: Sauvignon Blanc

Suelo: Alluvial sandy

Elaboración: Controlled cutting date to harvest in thiolic fruit, direct pressing, and fermentation in small tanks with native yeasts. Temperature control at low temperature to preserve varietal aromas.

Zona: Paraje Arroyo del Morteruelo, at the foot of Monte Arabí in the heart of D.O. Yecla.

Nota de cata: Very expressive aromatic profile white wine. True to the variety, the wine shows fruit notes with a pleasant herbaceous touch reminiscent of broom, rock tea, and chamomile adding complexity to the whole. In the mouth, it is a flavorful, dry wine with marked fruit character while boasting vibrant freshness that makes it a very pleasant wine to drink. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, and seafood rice dishes.
