Nota de cata: Very expressive aromatic profile white wine. True to the variety, the wine shows fruit notes with a pleasant herbaceous touch reminiscent of broom, rock tea, and chamomile adding complexity to the whole. In the mouth, it is a flavorful, dry wine with marked fruit character while boasting vibrant freshness that makes it a very pleasant wine to drink. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, and seafood rice dishes.
